We always try to make sure the size is exactly as described. However, the difference in temperature in different countries or the impact of using a flat iron also causes the product to stretch a little. Rest assured, it does not affect the overall look of the design

This veil is suitable for dresses without a train or with a shorter train. It will gather beautifully onto the back of the dress. If your dress has a longer train or a fuller skirt, please contact the shop for advice on the appropriate size and customization.

The delivery failure is due to the courier not finding the address or providing an incorrect address. Most packages will be held at your local post office for a few days. Please track your shipment and proactively contact your local post office to pick up your package.
