We pack these bows in a box for convenient shipping. So maybe when it comes out of the box it will take a few hours to return to its original shape. Or you can also use a hair dryer and dry it while bending and adjusting it to the right shape

The delivery failure is due to the courier not finding the address or providing an incorrect address. Most packages will be held at your local post office for a few days. Please track your shipment and proactively contact your local post office to pick up your package.
Otherwise, the package will be returned to our logistics partner in the US or UK.
In this case, we are not responsible for refunds, but only for assisting you in resending the package to the new address you provide. You will be responsible for this shipping cost.
