    When you buy an item at our shop, the processing time will vary depending on the product. However, the time it takes to prepare the item along with the standart shipping time may prevent the item from arriving on your schedule.
    So we offer this solution to increase your chances of still getting your order on schedule for a small extra charge. If you need it very urgently (within 10 days), buy this service together with the 3-5 business day express service. Note that the shipping partner says 3-5 business days but sometimes there are problems with customs clearance so it takes longer. So give yourself a few extra days to manage the risk.

    Note:
    This service just makes the product making, packing and preparing them happen faster. We will send the package according to the commitment 1 days (Excluding Sunday) from the time you order the items you need with this service.
    We do not commit to the shipping of the package because when sending the package to the shipping partner, we cannot control it. Sometimes our shipping partners still encounter problems due to a problem at some stage in the logistics service chain that causes the package to not reach the customer as originally planned.
    If you do not receive the package in the plan, I will refund you the cost of this service.

    Estimated production times:
    • Bridal accessories & simple veils: 3–5 business days
    • Lace veils, sleeves & capes: 7–10 business days
    • Custom wedding dresses: 10–20 business days
    • Couture gowns: 30–45 business days

    2. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

    Standard Shipping Estimated delivery times:

    • USA, UK, EU, Canada & Australia: 10–15 business days
    • Other destinations: 18–24 business days

    Express shipping via DHL, FedEx or UPS is available for urgent orders.

    We recommend leaving your wedding date during checkout so we can help prioritize your order when possible.

    3. WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

    For the most stress-free bridal experience, we recommend ordering at least 2–3 months before your wedding or photoshoot.
    If your event date is approaching soon, please contact us before purchasing and we will gladly advise on the best available options.

    4. WILL I PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES OR IMPORT TAXES?

    Most standard shipping orders include our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service.
    For eligible destinations, customs duties and import taxes are handled in advance to help ensure a smooth delivery experience without unexpected charges.

    We are happy to help.
    Simply send us a photo of your dress or share your requirements through Etsy messages.
    Our bridal team will gladly recommend the most suitable size, color, length or design for your special day.

    6. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

    Because each item is handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for personal preference, incorrect selections or changes in wedding plans.
    However, if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will gladly assist with a suitable solution.

    7. WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DELIVERY IS UNSUCCESSFUL?

    Lost packages may be eligible for Etsy Purchase Protection according to Etsy's current policy.
    For unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or failed collection attempts, packages may be held by the local carrier. Buyers are responsible for arranging collection or any re-shipping fees if a package is returned
