The package delivery failure is due to the postman not being able to locate the address or the wrong address which makes it impossible to deliver.
If the package cannot be delivered, it will be sent back to our logistics partners in the US or UK.

In this case, we are not responsible for refunds, but only support you to send the package back to the address you provide. You will pay for this shipping.

Packages that are in the warehouse of the shipping unit are very vulnerable to loss, and they cannot return it to me because the return cost is very high!
