    🍀We pack the good in a box for convenient shipping. So maybe when it comes out of the box, with somegood _ befor wear it you need to iron them flat (like clothes). Perfect, iron it with a slightly upright iron. Do not iron directly on the material
    🍀Be gentle with them, as handmade products cannot withstand pulling or tearing or physical impact!

    1. To get a refund, you need to notify me within 48 hours of the package being delivered.

    2. If the goods are damaged during shipping, the package is delivered later than originally expected on the system and you want to return it, please open a case to get a refund from Etsy.

    3. If we sent the wrong item or the product is defective, please inbox me for instructions on returning and refunding.

    4. If you bought the wrong color, wrong size, wrong type, changed plans,... I'm sorry, I cannot refund.

    5. Reasons that are difficult to determine such as "not satisfied with the product quality" cannot be refunded.

    The delivery failure is due to the courier not finding the address or providing an incorrect address. Most packages will be held at your local post office for a few days. Please track your shipment and proactively contact your local post office to pick up your package.

    Otherwise, the package will be returned to our logistics partner in the US or UK.

    In this case, we are not responsible for refunds, but only for assisting you in resending the package to the new address you provide. You will be responsible for this shipping cost.

    Packages held in the shipping company's warehouse are easily lost, and they cannot return them to me due to the high return costs!
