1. To get a refund, you need to notify me within 48 hours of the package being delivered.
2. If the goods are damaged during shipping, the package is delivered later than originally expected on the system and you want to return it, please open a case to get a refund from Etsy.
3. If we sent the wrong item or the product is defective, please inbox me for instructions on returning and refunding.

The delivery failure is due to the courier not finding the address or providing an incorrect address. Most packages will be held at your local post office for a few days. Please track your shipment and proactively contact your local post office to pick up your package.
Otherwise, the package will be returned to our logistics partner in the US or UK.
In this case, we are not responsible for refunds, but only for assisting you in resending the package to the new address you provide. You will be responsible for this shipping cost.
Packages held in the shipping company's warehouse are easily lost, and they cannot return them to me due to the high return costs!
