We pack these bows in a box for convenient shipping. These bows are made of soft tulle, So maybe when it comes out of the box they will be slightly wrinkled. They will take a few hours to return to its original shape. And, you just attach to the shoe and wait a few hours for it to flatten. Or you can easily flatten them instantly with a steam iron. You can also adjust it to your liking to make the bow spread big or small, inflate or fall.

The delivery failure is due to the courier not finding the address or providing an incorrect address. Most packages will be held at your local post office for a few days. Please track your shipment and proactively contact your local post office to pick up your package.
