- We do not accept returns for a refund as all of out items are made to order. But please contact us if you are having an issue with your order.
- We do accept exchanges. You can exchange your items for something else in our shop. The items you would like to exchange should be shipped back in the original condition within 15 days of the delivery. The buyer is responsible for the cost of postage and tax for the returning items.
If the package arrives later than planned, it is not my fault, please understand that I cannot control the shipping issue. However, I am willing to accept the package back and refund you. The buyer is responsible for the cost of postage and tax for the returning items.
